What counts as a customer account?
A customer account is any unique account that sends at least one event during your billing period. If an account doesn't send any events in a month, it doesn't count toward your limit. You're only billed for active accounts.
What happens if I go over my account limit?
If you exceed your plan's account limit, additional accounts are billed at $1.00 per account. We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit so you can upgrade if needed. Your service continues uninterrupted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How long does setup take?
Most customers are live within 10-30 minutes. Integration requires just a few lines of code with our SDK. Our platform automatically starts tracking customer events and generating health scores.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
