Build agentic intelligence for every customer account.
FirstDistro is an AI-native platform for account and revenue intelligence. We connect what happened in the product with commercial context, then agentic workflows help teams see what changed, what matters, and what to do—for retention, renewals, and expansion.
We shipped a focused v1 to get teams a grounded starting point. The work ahead is bigger: software that reasons with your book of business, not another dashboard to maintain. We're a small team looking for builders who want real ownership—shipping in production, talking to customers, and pushing the product forward every week.

What you'll do
- Own features end-to-end across our app, APIs, and data layer—from schema to customer-facing UI.
- Ship agent workflows that turn product signals and commercial context into grounded insights and next actions.
- Push beyond v1 dashboards toward software that reasons with revenue and CS teams—prioritization, prep, and execution in one place.
- Work with founders on product direction, customer feedback, and production quality.
What we're looking for
- Strong full-stack fundamentals; you’re comfortable owning from database and API through to UI.
- Interest in agentic or LLM-powered product work—you like systems that reason over data, not just display it.
- Pragmatic shipper: tight scope, real users, steady iteration.
- You care about B2B post-sales or revenue teams (CS, account management, RevOps)—the problems feel worth solving.
Nice to have
- Background jobs, relational data modeling, or evals and guardrails for production LLM features.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, revenue data, or customer-facing integrations.
Early-stage equity and competitive compensation. We move fast, keep scope tight, and care about craft—not process theater.
