Yes. Health Score, Risk Level, and Trend are all available as workflow triggers and conditions. Requires HubSpot Professional or Enterprise for workflow automation.

How often does data sync?

Health scores sync to HubSpot in real-time as they change. Company matching runs when new companies are created in either system.

What permissions does FirstDistro need?

FirstDistro needs access to read companies and contacts (for matching) and write custom properties (for health data). We don't access emails, tickets, or other HubSpot data.
